PRICING

Bring your party vision alive at City Venue Event Center! 


We are a self-serving event facility that can accommodate up to 80 seated guests.
Your rental includes the use of our light and airy space, plus the following:

 

  • eight, 60" round tables that seat up to 8 individuals each

  • two, 9' farmhouse tables that seat up to 8 each

  • beautiful, wood X-Back chairs

  • round custom spool table that can be used as a gift or dessert table,
    or can seat two (perfect for a head table)

  • rolling pallet bar

  • variety of dessert / food and display tables

  • large decor closet, housing an array of backdrops, table décor, and party items that you can choose from

  • small prep kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink and microwave for food and drink prep convenience - tucked away from the main space

  • enjoy our complimentary, fully stocked coffee bar  

  • floor-length table cloths in white, ivory, or black are available for an extra fee 


You are welcome to bring in any food
and beverage items (including beer, wine, seltzers).
A bartender can be added to serve any
liquor such as mixed cocktails.
A venue host can be added to help set up, serve,
and help you clean up for an additional fee.

Full Day 8am - 11pm              $1100
