What is the capacity at City Venue Event Center?
City Venue is a 2100 sq foot space with a max capacity of 80 seated guests.
Where are you located?
We are located at 3016 Van Horn Road, Trenton MI 48183 in the Trafford Square
Shopping plaza at the corner of Fort Street and Van Horn Road next to Ace Kitchen & Bath.
There are currently 500 parking spaces in the plaza parking lot so parking should never be an issue.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your booked event for cancellations in order to receive your deposit back. Failure to cancel within' 6 weeks will forfeit your deposit. If rescheduling needs to be made you must do so 6 weeks prior to your booked date. If we are unable to accommodate a new date 6 weeks prior to your event, you
will receive a full refund.

When can I tour the space?
We are happy to show you around! Just fill out the "book a tour" form on our page to get in touch with us to schedule your tour.
How do I book a date for my event?
Get in touch with us and we will walk you through it! A $100 deposit is due to secure your date. Your balance will be due 14 days prior to your event, where we will also collect a $500 security deposit. City Venue accepts checks, money orders, cash, or all major credit cards with an additional 3.5% fee.

What furnishings are included in my rental?
City Venue provides eight 60" round tables, two 9x4 wood farmhouse tables, and wood X-Back chairs. We work with an amazing linen service where you can choose from white, ivory, or black floor length linens. The cost for the linens is $10.00/pc. We have a small wood spool table that can be used as a gift, dessert, or head table, four 6 ft tables for food, three 8 ft tables, two 6ft buffet tables, and four black cocktail tables. We also now have a beautiful rolling pallet bar that is perfect to house your beverages! We offer an array of table décor, backdrops, beverage crates and dispensers, and dessert displays that can be reserved at the time of your final consultation. ALL included in your rental! We will have these items set our for you to use on the day of your event.

Is your building wheelchair accessible?
Yes! City Venue is ADA compliant. We do not have any ramps but we are located on the ground level with
no stairs so no ramps are necessary. We have two ADA compliant restrooms.
What are your hours of operation?
We are by appointment only. You can schedule a tour with one of the "book a tour" tab on this site, via email or by phone.
